How Hush plays

Hush is a tempo Duelist. Instead of pure aim-duel entries, she bends space with guided utility — then snowballs off refresh mechanics.

Core gameplay loop

Open a round by curving a Flashbulb (Q) around the corner you want to take — alt-fire to ready it, steer it past the choke, then reactivate to pop it as you swing. Follow with Displacement (E) to drag anchored defenders out of position and concuss anyone slammed into a wall. Clean up the kills, and because Displacement refreshes every 2 kills, a winning Hush keeps the pull coming all round.

Flow (C) is your reposition button: dash to an anchor to take an off-angle, or activate mid-air to hover across a gap and catch rotators off guard. Keep Suspension (X) for stuck sites — the lift strands a whole defending crew in the air for a free entry, or flips a retake.

Signature combos

  • Flash-and-swing: Flashbulb (Q) guided past the corner → dry-swing the moment it detonates.
  • Pull-and-punish: Displacement (E) to yank a holder off their angle → instant trade while they're concussed.
  • Flow entry: Flow (C) to a deep anchor for a surprise angle, Flashbulb ready in hand to cover the peek.
  • Ult execute: Suspension (X) over the plant/choke → team crashes while everyone caught is lifted.

Skill ceiling

The guide-and-detonate control on Flashbulb and Displacement rewards practice — curving utility past cover without over-committing is what separates a good Hush from a great one. Expect a learning curve similar to other projectile-steering agents.
